You must be of legal age or older to order our products. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped containing the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to register with the shipping carrier.

We are shipping through world renounce cargo and freight companies with tracking option. Freight charge is charged on actual basis.

Delivery Time:

Order delivery time is 7 to 10 days for Air Freight and 30 days for Sea Freight. Delivery time also depend on custom clearance of destination country.

Tracking of order:

We will provide tracking No. within 24 hours after shipping the order. You can track your package online via the cargo company or flight forwarding company website

Please note that tracking No. will be update online within 2-3 days after shipping.

Custom Clearance Problem:

We will not responsible for your local customs clearance of packet. It should be better that before placing your order please check the import policies of your country. Also Customers are responsible for their State and or Local Taxes. It is strongly recommended that you check with your local customs office. Because we ship to countries all over the world, it is impossible for us to know all the rules as they differ from country to country. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by your Customs Service or the Mail Service. This is out with our control and delivery times are therefore estimates only. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country and any additional charges must be paid by you. We do not pay any additional charges for customs, duties or otherwise. If you decide to refuse your package because of these duty charges or if your customs office decides to refuse your package there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do about it. If we will receive back your consignment from the cargo company and you want us re-ship you have to pay the re-shipping charges. Therefore we strongly suggest you be familiar with your country’s customs regulations.

Estimated Time to Ship:

We do not hold stock of our product as believe in supplying fresh  tobacco (Cigarette, Heets, Terea, Evo Sticks etc) as per customer’s requirement. Hence it may take up to 7-10 business days to ship subject to availability (unless some raw material or label is out of stock and in that case you will be promptly notified).

Non arrival of Order:

We take no responsibility or liability for orders not arriving. If we are at fault in any way, we will be sure to re-ship your order at no cost to you. It is important for you to check your address on each order to make sure it is correct. If, at any time, you see an error, please contact us to have this rectified as soon as possible. Once the order ships it is too late to make any changes.

In the rare event of an item not turning up, please bear in mind that the postal service has clear rules for making inquiries into whether something is ‘lost’. We must abide by these rules obviously. Cargo companies will not entertain any inquiry until 28 working days after postage, starting from the day after the actual day of posting. The cargo companies does not count weekends or public holidays as business day. They will not deal with our inquiry on your behalf until this time period has elapsed.

Complains:

If you receive your order and there are any issues such as a wrong or damaged product. Please contact us on via our customer service details as soon as possible. We will not accept any reported issues after 10 days of receipt of order.
